| Laundry service | A bag is available in the drawer of the guest room mirror. If you leave the bag at the front desk by 10:00 a.m., it will be ready by 6:00 p.m. on the same day. We are closed on Sundays and holidays. |
| Mineral water | Complimentary mineral water is available in guest room refrigerators. |
| Nightwear | Please refrain from wearing nightwear and slippers outside of your room. |
| Cleaning during your stay | If you do not wish to have your room cleaned, please put a "PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the outside door knob, or notify the front desk by 12:00 pm that you do not wish to have your room cleaned. If you do not notify us, we will start cleaning. |
